“Untold” explored a family history left behind. Through the discovery of my grandfather’s personal World War II archive, my family attempted to piece together the answers to years of questions and reflect on why there had been so many to begin with. This conversation was centered on the story of his capturing by Nazis, and aimed to gain a deeper understanding of his lived experience and how to carry it on.
