The mat keeps shedding bits, but I still use it anyway. I’ve layered it with words from my interviewees, expressing what they felt the moment they realized they had been censored. This project is built on trust. Each interviewee chose how they would be named, from pen names to nicknames, or even "interviewee no. 1". They opened up about what they love and the alternate worlds they created for their beloved "SHIP". This is about censorship. But this is really about love, imagination, and how content creators carry their characters into a world full of unknown challenges.
