OHMA EXHIBITS: a collection of interactive oral history encounters

2025 Sarah Maacha

Sarah Maacha is a Moroccan oral historian, multimedia storyteller, and interdisciplinary researcher. She experiments with embodiment, sound, ritual, and material memory to explore layered stories across time and place. Her practice is grounded in collaboration, care, and curiosity—bridging research and creative practice through collective process. Whether working in text, film, installation, or conversation, she moves across disciplines to build living archives that honor complexity, grief, and joy.
