OHMA EXHIBITS: a collection of interactive oral history encounters

Scrapbooking: Memories In My Mother's Garden (2025)

By Tejan Green Waszak

This exhibit can best be described as digital scrapbooking that pays tribute to the complexities of womanhood through the specific lens of a daughter who is learning to appreciate the time spent and lessons learnt in her mother’s garden. The scrapbook materials collected here represent and are inspired by my maternal lineage and seek to honor it.

NOTE: This online exhibit opens April 23, 2025 at 11AM ET.
